Condemnation proceedings OK’d by Board

All three properties in the city of Fulton submitted by Code Enforcement Officer Nathan Lamb to the Code Enforcement Board Nov. 15 were approved for condemnation, with only one property owner in attendance for the meeting at Fulton’s City Hall.

Board members Ann Bard, Gwin Wood, Mallory Bradley and Roger Bone, following a review of information provided by Lamb, authorized him to proceed with the process for properties at 107 Fourth St., owned by Gary Blasingim; property at 1001 Walnut, owned by Thomas Totty and property at 1001 Middle Road, owned by Willie J. Moody, who attended the meeting.

The next meeting was scheduled for Dec. 6 at 6 p.m.
