The Hickman County Middle School Archery Team finished second in the Marshall County 3D tournament Jan. 26 with a team score of 1559.
In 3D competition, the top 6 archer scores are used to determine the team score. Placing in the top 10 of the middle school division were Cora Clark, third, 276; Callie Douglas, fifth, 271; James Clark, seventh, 260; Burke Dalton, eighth, 258; Brooklyn Naranjo, 10th, 248; and Lane Cunningham, 10th, 246. Placing in the top 10 of the elementary division were Drew Cunningham, fifth, 241; Will Lupton, sixth, 233; and Allyson Parker, third, 216. Others who competed were Dallas Williford, Trey Boaz, Anya Dodson, Kassey Douglas, Nate Gallimore, and Rhett Dalton.

The team also finished third in the Marshall County Bullseye Blowout with a team score of 3,042.
In bullseye competition the top 12 archer scores are used to determine the team score. Those finishing in the top 10 middle division were Callie Douglas, fourth, 278; Cora Clark, fifth, 276; and James Clark 10th, 260.
In the elementary division placing in the top 10 were Drew Cunningham, second, 262; and Allyson Parker, third, 254. Others who competed were Brooklyn Naranjo, Trey Boaz, Kassey Douglas, Burke Dalton, Dallas Williford, Lane Cunningham, Anya Dodson, Macy Fuller, Abbi Frizzell, Nate Gallimore, Will Lupton, Clayton Gilliland, Alyssa Fuller, Andreus Hunter, and Rhett Dalton.

The team will participate in the Region 1 Tournament Feb. 9 at Trigg County High School.
