Fulton Grand Jury delivered 24 indictments on March 14:

Bradley S. Abshire, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine, firearm enhanced; giving officer false name or address; possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.

Robert L. Addair, criminal trespassing, 3rd degree; burglary in the 3rd degree; fleeing and evading police, 1st degree; reckless driving; failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance; improper registration plate; no/expired other state registration receipt or plate; failure to illuminate headlamps; theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, under $500; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.
