Green enters Not Guilty plea

Former Hickman County Sheriff Mark Green has entered a Not Guilty plea, following his indictment by the Hickman County Grand Jury March 21.

Green entered the plea at his arraignment April 4 in Hickman County, for a charge of abuse of public trust, under $10,000. He is free under a $2,000 signature bond.

His next court appearance will be for a pretrial conference May 16.
