SFHS Baseball award winners included Garrett Slaughter, Golden Glove Award, Bryce McFarland, Slugger Award and All District, Jack Roney, Best On Base Percentage, Best Pitcher, Slugger Award and All District, Eli Carlisle, All District, Golden Glove Award, Most RBIs and Best Batting Average, Brock Brown, Most Runs Scored, Most Stolen Bases, Golden Glove and Slugger Award.

South Fulton High School’s Red Devil baseball team members were honored May 23, during the school program’s awards banquet. Back row, from left, Garrett Slaughter received the Golden Glove Award, earned for at least a .900 fielding percentage; Bryce McFarland received the Slugger Award, for earning at least a .300 batting average and All District honors; front, left to right, Jack Roney received the awards for Best On Base Percentage, .494, Best Pitcher, Slugger Award and All District honors; Eli Carlisle received All District honors, Golden Glove Award, Most RBI’s and Best Batting Average, .419; Brock Brown received the award for Most Runs Scored, 43, Most Stolen Bases, 18, Golden Glove Award and Slugger Award.
