FIRST BAPTIST VBS
First Baptist Church, corner of Second and Eddings St., Fulton, will hold Vacation Bible School for kids age three to 5th grade June 17 – 21 from 9 a.m. – 12 noon. Children who attend will focus on “amazing, real-life encounters with Jesus, each encounter is like a snapshot—a specific moment in time captured on the pages of Scripture.” These isolated encounters reveal the most amazing truth of all—Jesus Christ is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing we can have life in His name. Registration will begin at 8:40 a.m. June 17. For transportation, call 270-472-1663. Those who plan to attend are asked to bring a white T-shirt. On June 23, Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. and VBS Celebration Service at 10:50 a.m. with lunch provided after the service. The public is invited to attend.
Fulton First United Methodist Church will offer a “ROARing” good time for area youth during Vacation Bible School scheduled for June 17-21 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon each day. STORE HOUSE MINISTRIES
Store House Ministries, 311 Main St., Fulton, is in need of monetary donations to provide clothes and food to families who qualify for assistance. Donations may be sent to Store House Ministries, 405 W. State Line, South Fulton, Tenn., 38257. Store House Ministries is open Thursdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
A free community lunch will be served every Saturday from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the following churches in Fulton and South Fulton: First Church of the Nazarene, corner of North College and Green Streets, Fulton, for the first Saturday of each month, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.; second Saturday at First Baptist Church, 115 Second St., Fulton; third Saturday at First United Methodist Church, 200 Carr St., Fulton; fourth Saturday at First Christian Church, 108 Carr St., Fulton; and fifth Saturday at Brooks Chapel RRCC Center on Lake St., Fulton. The public is invited to attend.
A Community Luncheon will be held at the Cayce Baptist Church the second Wednesday of each month starting at 12 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
