July 31 Fulton Police Department report

The following arrests and citations were reported by the Fulton Police Department:

July 4: Roderick Lee Franklin Quinn of Dyersburg, Tenn., citation, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security, 1st offense; and theft by deception – include cold checks under $500.

July 22: Kristy Joy Johns of South Fulton, Tenn., citation, criminal trespassing – 3rd degree; and theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500; and Kimonte J. Courtney of South Fulton, arrested, disorderly conduct, 2nd degree; and criminal mischief 3rd degree.

July 24: Blake Matthew Giles of Lewisburg, Tenn., citation, speeding 23 mph over limit.

July 29: Pamela Griffin of Fulton, arrested, failure to appear; and David Lee Richards of Fulton, arrested, failure to appear.
