HUNG JURY IN ARSON TRIAL

The jury could not reach a verdict in the trial of former Fulton Code Enforcement Officer Keith Curlin, related to an alleged arson incident in Fulton.

The two day trial held at Fulton County’s courthouse in Hickman yesterday and today included testimony from a number of witnesses for the prosecution including law enforcement officers and former fire department staff members, with Curlin testifying as well.

The trial ended in a hung jury.
