SFMS Devils end season with loss to Dresden

The South Fulton Middle School Red Devils ended their season on a losing note last week, falling to Dresden 36-6.

The Jr. Lions took a commanding 28-0 lead at halftime, and made the score 36-0 at the end of three quarters.

The lone score for South Fulton came from Dallas Whitehead in the final period.

Whitehead’s three-yard run concluded the score at 36-6.

Whitehead had a big night on the ground against Dresden, with 106-yards on 26 carries, and also led the team in tackles with three.

Brady McFarland added 10-yards on nine carries.

Also on the offensive side, Micheal Ashley caught one pass for 24-yards.

The loss ended South Fulton’s football season with a 3-5 record.
