Bulldogs split games at Gibson Co.

Fulton High School Bulldogs participated in the Gibson County Classic tournament Dec. 27-28 at Gibson County High School, with Bulldog Brennen Walker achieving high scoring status for his team each match, recording 17 points during each game.

On Dec. 27, versus Gibson County,Walker connected on seven of 10 two-point shots, and added another three points from the line. He pulled down 11 boards, and recorded two assists and a steal on the night.

Cam Madding had 11 points toward the effort, six of those from the three point range of play. Madding shot and hit one of two free throws and added another two baskets for four points.

Kire Tribble had seven points, Amire Hobbs, four and Davarious Scott, two points.

Tribble had 10 rebounds, Hobbs, five and Scott, four.

Final score was 47-41, in favor of Gibson County.

The Bulldogs went up against another pack of Bulldogs, from Gleason, Tenn. on Dec. 28, pulling off a 59-25 win.

Along with Walker’s 17 team high points, Madding banked 10 points, with Camarae Cobb having seven points in the win, Keandre Patton adding six and Kire Tribble, four points.

Devontae King, Davarious Scott and Tristan Lalley had three apiece, Amire Hobbs, Jaheim King and Rajon Hollowell had two each.

Walker had eight rebounds, and Tribble pulled down seven. Cobb had three steals and two assists.
