Although a Fulton property will remain designated as a condemned property for the present time, members of Fulton's Code Enforcement Board, during special called session Jan. 16, did approve a Repair Plan for the owners.

With information provided by Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Fulton, Nathan Lamb, as well as property owners Fransisco Bautista and Guadalupe Ramirez, board members Ann Bard, Gwin Wood, Roger Bone, Mallory Bradley and Mike Cash agreed to the repair plan for the property at 912 Walnut St. in Fulton.

The previous property owner was Pam Knox, according to Lamb.

The "condemned" status is to be ongoing, until which time the property owners are able to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy, Lamb said.

Fulton City Clerk Helen Lee was also present for the meeting.
