FHCEDP Special Called Session Jan. 24

The Fulton-Hickman Counties Economic Development Partnership will meet in special called session Jan. 24 at 1:30 p.m. at the Fulton City Hall Commission Room.

Listed on the meeting's agenda are two items: Closed Executive Session per Kentucky Revised Statute 61.810(1)(f); and Action to hire a new Economic Development Director for the FHCEDP.

KRS 61.810(1)(f) relates to executive session for the purpose of discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee, member or student without restricting that employee's, member's or student's right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.

The meeting is open to the public.
