Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Hickman is making adjustments to their commission meetings.

At this time, given the extraordinary circumstances public agencies are confronting, it is not “feasible” under KRS 61.840 to precisely identify a primary physical location for the public to attend and view public meeting.

The City of Hickman will broadcast their commission meetings via video teleconferencing for the public to view the meeting via video teleconferencing and present any questions or comments to the Commission at that time.. The opportunity to call in with questions or comments will be provided at time of meeting. The video will be available through FACEBOOK Account: Hickman City & Fulton County, KY News & Events.

The agenda for Monday night, March 23 regular meeting includes the following: Call to order; roll call, approval of minutes from March 9 and March 18; presentations/public comment; unfinished business to include motion to hire Chad Parker fulltime, 90 day probation ended March 9, 2020, resolution 12-128, CPA agreement, reading and adoption; new business, discussion of regular meetings by Mayor, discussion and adoption, Municipal Order 19-14, Families First Coronavirus Response Act, reading and adoption; City Manager's Report, Commissioners' Comments, adjournment.
