Fulton County School Board meeting agenda announced for April 16

Fulton County Board of Education will conduct their April Board meeting on April 16 at 6 p.m.

Members of the public will not be allowed to attend, but will have access to a link to be listed on the school’s website page www.fulton.kyschools.us by April 16 to view the meeting live.

Any individual that would like to make a public comment or communicate with the school board may email remarks by 9 a.m. April 16 to maegan.scott@fulton.kyschools.us.

Items appearing on the agenda include approve meeting minutes; approve agenda; community input; Superintendent’s report; Administrative team reports;

The Board will vote whether to approve the following student related trip request – 2020 Senior Trip; 2020-21 property, liability, transportation and work comp insurance; FRYSC MOA; updated personnel policy certified and classified for coaching; updated policy on school-related trip request; final staffing allocations; 2019-202 revised certified evaluation plan; 2020-2021 Certified Salary schedule; 2020-2021 Classified Salary schedule; 2020-2021Coaching Supplements; 2020-2021Extra Service Supplements; 2020-2021 Work Days; Financial Report; Action Items by Consent including monthly reports of payment of bills, payroll and direct deposit registers dated, school activity reports dated, Fulton County Elementary/Middle School, and Fulton County High School;

Discussion items, Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(F) for the purpose of personnel, and return to open session.
