Public Hearing Notice:

The Board of Directors of the Kentucky Tennessee Regional Rail Partnership of the City of Union City, Tennessee and Fulton County, Kentucky (the “Board”) will hold a public meeting and public hearing on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Hickman Fulton County Riverport Authority located at 625 Catlett Street, Hickman, Kentucky. There will be considered at such meeting such business as may properly come before the Board, including an update from the Project Manager and a discussion of the proposed routes. The Board will also discuss the Petition to Reconsider recently filed by a group of landowners.
