Fulton Grand Jury delivered 28 indictments on Sept. 12:
Skylard D. Beard, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (greater equal four grams cocaine; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles J. Blandford, assault, 4th degree; retaliating against participant in legal process; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.
Juanita L. Bonds, burglary in the 3rd degree; and theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, under $500.
Nathan A. Brockett, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; and driving on DUI suspended license, 1st offense.
Tyler J. Bryant, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine, firearm enhanced; possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced; reckless driving; and carrying a concealed weapon.
Alquino J. Catchings, criminal mischief, 1st degree; and burglary in the 3rd degree.
