Third Street trick-or-treating changed to Oct. 30 in Fulton

The neighborhood of Fulton's Third Street residents will continue their annual Halloween trick-or-treating event, however because of a threat of bad weather, Third Street resident Darcy Linn said after consulting with several Third Street neighborhood residents, it was decided they would change their event to Tuesday night from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The street will be blocked during those hours for those who plan to trick-or -treat on Third Street.

No official change in the observance of Halloween has been made in the City of Fulton in its entirety.
