City Manager, Department Heads encourage Oct. 30 Trick-or-Treating in South Fulton

South Fulton City Manager Jeff Gabbert, after consulting with the City's Department Heads, is encouraging South Fulton residents to participate in trick-or-treating activities on Oct. 30, instead of Oct. 31, as the result of extensive rainfall in the forecast for Wednesday evening.
