BEAUTIFUL DISASTER – The encasement of trees, shrubs and structures in solid ice for days in Fulton and Hickman Counties, as well as South Fulton in Obion County, Tenn., made for breathtaking views of crystalized sculptures during the area’s ice storm which took place in January of 2009.
