TWIN CITIES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HONORS INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, EDUCATORS AND INDUSTRIES DURING ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET

Ginger Bard was named Citizen of the Year at the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce annual Awards Banquet this evening, held at Buck's Celebration Center. Also honored was Amanda Joyner Morris, Young Professional of the Year; Sharye Hendrix, Citizens Bank Community Service Award for Smiles on Seniors; The Meadows Hotel, owner Jeff Campbell, Business of the Year; Melanie Curlin, Educator of the Year; and Letica, Industry of the Year.

Guest speaker was Lee (Haney) Marshall and the meal was catered by Vaughn's Grill.

Executive Director of the Chamber, Thea Vowell conducted a silent auction fundraiser, and Chamber president Mallory Worley made awards presentations, assisted by Teddy Barclay, the emcee for the evening.
