2. Consider Municipal Order 2022-88 authorizing the City Manager to submit a USDA

Community Facility Grant on behalf of the Police Department for a Patrol Vehicle.

3. Discussion of a Public Meeting to be posted and held on February 27, 2023, at 5:30

PM. The Purpose is the discussion of a USDA Facility Grant Funding for the Police

Department Patrol Vehicle.

4. Consider Municipal Order 2022-89 authorizing the City Manager to sign an

agreement for a SCSEP Senior Community Service Employee Program with West

Kentucky Allied Services.

5. Consider Municipal Order 2022-90 authorizing the City Manager to purchase a 2012

F-250 from Fulton Electric System for $13,500 for Code Enforcement and Fire

Department.
