1. Consider Municipal Order 2022-93 Approval of the Minutes of a Regular Meeting

held on Monday, February 13, 2023.

 Old Business:

1. Discussion with Misty Wheeler in reference to a fence issue on 409 Eddings Street

 New Business:

1. Consider Municipal Order 2022-94 Authorization for City Manager to hire Nathaniel

Stanfield as a Patrol Officer based on recommendation from City Manager and Police

Chief.

2. Consider Municipal Order 2022-95 Authorization for City Manager to hire Tony

Grogan as a SRO (School Resource Officer) based on recommendation from City

Manager and Police Chief

3. ASAP Presentation by Chief Allen Poole and consider Municipal Order 2022-96 to

enter into an Agreement with ASAP.

4. Consider Municipal Order 2022-97 Authorizing City Manager to Sign an Agreement

with Kentucky Transportation to enter the Coop Plan for the next Fiscal Year for the

Municipal Road Aid

5. Consider Municipal Order 2022-98 to Accept Casey Browning’s Resignation from

the Planning & Zoning Board and the Board of Adjustments

6. Consider Municipal Order 2022-99 to Accept Zach Browning’s and Connie Smith’s

Resignation from the Tourism Commission Board

7. Consider Municipal Order 2022-100 Authorization for City Manager to declare the

City’s Property as Surplus Property (8 vehicles)

8. Consider Municipal Order 2022-101 Authorization for City Manager to Advertise and

accept Sealed Bids on the City’s Surplus Property

9. Consider Municipal Order 2022-102 Authorization for City Manager to submit a

grant to the Kentucky Division of Forestry on behalf of the Fire Department for the

purchase of fire hose. Grant is a 50/50 Match in the Amount up to $5000.

10. Consider Municipal Order 2022-103 Authorization for the Mayor to sign a

Participation Agreement with Twin City Ambulance DBA Ken-Tenn EMS for

Ambulance Service

11. Discussion on a Signature Project for USDA Fulton County RPN and a timeline for

deliverable

12. Discussion Pontotoc Community Center Rental Procedures
