The first set of nominees submitted are for First Responder of the Year. These men and women all have to handle their jobs with the utmost urgency, care, and caution. From Dispatch to Fire, EMT, Police, Sherriff's Office, Emergency Management, and Rescue these men and women do amazing jobs keeping our cities safe. Not only do these people go into some of these calls blindly with little information. But when the need arises, they come together and work as a team to handle the good, the bad, and the ugly. Kenneth Walker, Mitchell Maynard, Allen Poole, Mike Gunn, Eric Byassee, Joe Smith and Nathan Lamb.

Nominations submitted to honor businesses cover a broad range of qualities, with each one brings something different to the table. There would not be a Chamber or functioning cities without each and every one of them. Whether you are excelling in friendliness and customer service, are contributing and providing back to the community, or just a great business (which you all are), the Chamber thanks you for choosing the Twin Cities to have your business.
