Fulton County Sheriff's Office, local law enforcement seeking escaped inmate

Fulton County Sheriff's Office and other law enforcement agencies are currently looking for an inmate, Michael Phillips, who escaped the Fulton County Detention Center yesterday afternoon, Oct. 10.

He may have ties to Graves County.
