AREA OBITUARIES – Betty Gale Griffin

Betty Gale Griffin, age 86, of Clinton, Ky., passed away at 3:45 a.m Mon., Oct. 9, 2023 at Clinton Hickman County ICF Nursing Facility. .

Betty was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church and worked for Kohler of Union City, Tenn.

She is survived by her daughter, Sheree Glynn, of Farmington, Mich.; two sons, Ricky Clowser, of Fulgham, Ky., and Doug Clowser, of Union City, Tenn.; and grandson, Jimmy Glynn, of Farmington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald “Ron” Griffin; parents, Burnice and Bethel Green Gale; four sisters; and three brothers.

Memorial Service for Betty will be at 12:30 p.m. Mon., Oct. 23, 2023 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Mon., Oct. 23 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton. Inurnment will follow in the Little Obion Cemetery.
