RED DEVILS AWARDED FOR 2023 GRIDIRON SEASON

South Fulton High School's 2023 Football Awards Banquet was held Dec. 9 in the school cafeteria, with Head Coach Eric Knott welcoming those in attendance and presenting awards to season standouts. Among those recognized were All Region honorees, Dallas Whitehead, Brady McFarland, Dane Cirkles, Tim Davis and Joseph Mathias. All Region Honorable Mention recipients were Josh McKnight, Jonathan Doss, Connor O'Neal and Quadyn Morefield. Awards presented included, back row, left to right, Scout Team Player of the Year, Gavin Lovell; Offensive MVP, Dallas Whitehead; Most Improved Player, Dylan Bynum; Defensive Lineman of the Year, Joseph Mathias; front row, left to right, Brady McFarland, Offensive MVP and Red Devil Award; Luke Morris, Offensive Lineman of the Year, and Region 7A Offensive Lineman of the Year; Dane Cirkles, Special Teams Player of the Year; and Tim Davis, Defensive Player of the Year.
