SECOND ARREST MADE IN DEC. 31 SHOOTING DEATH AT MARTIN BAR

Martin, Tenn. Police Department Investigators have made a second arrest made in the Dec. 31 shooting at Cadillac’s Bar which left one individual dead.

When officers arrived at the bar in the early morning hours, they found 19-year-old Cameron Houston of Union City, Tenn., on the floor, bleeding from multiple gun shot wounds. Houston was taken to Volunteer Hospital in Martin, where he died as the result of his injuries.

Arrested earlier this month, following the shooting, was 22 year-old Quardarious R. Davis of Union City, Tenn.

Davis is being held in the Dyer County jail awaiting transfer back to Weakley County.

Davis has been charged with 1 st Degree Murder, multiple counts of Reckless Endangerment (Serious Injury or Use of a Deadly Weapon), and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.

As of Jan. 8, Martin Police Investigators have made a second arrest in the Dec. 31 shooting.

Shykeedra M. Love, 23 of Dyersburg, Tenn. was arrested in Haywood County, Tenn. on Jan. 6.

The suspect was transferred to the Weakley County Detention Center.

Charges include 1 st Degree Murder, Reckless Endangerment (Serious Injury or Use of a Deadly Weapon), and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.
