JUVENILE CHARGED WITH TERRORISTIC THREATENING

January 11, 2019

According to a press release issued by the Fulton Police Department, a female juvenile was charged on Jan. 10 with Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree, disorderly conduct 2nd degree and another female juvenile was charged with Abuse of a Teacher and disorderly conduct 2nd degree following the FPD investigation of a complaint made by Fulton Independent High School officials, with concern for the staff and students.

From written statements provided by students at the school, it was alleged two females arrived back in choir class, and at that time, one female juvenile was cursing at the teacher and students. Further, the police report indicated that when class ended, a third juvenile female stated "snitches get stitches" and the other juvenile charged stated "snitches also get bullet holes."

As the investigation continued, the female juvenile denied making the threat and was subsequently charged.

Both female juveniles involved were cited and released to their legal guardians.

The investigation was conducted by Fulton Police Department Sgt. Travis Bogue.
