AREA OBITUARIES -- LLOYD ROGERS

Mr. Lloyd Rogers age 93, of Fulton passed away Wednesday April 24, 2024, at his residence.

He was born in Chester County, TN, on June 26, 1930, to the late Lonnie Hubern Rogers and Eva Lee " Mc Carter" Rogers.

Lloyd was a former member of the New Life Worship Center in Fulton and had lived all of his life in this area. Mr. Rogers had formerly worked and managed the Kerr - McGee service station in South Fulton. He was also a long-time employee with the Fulton Housing Authority.

Mr. Lloyd Rogers is survived by six daughters; Cathy (Monty) Ray of Locust Grove, GA, Melinda Green of Fulton, KY, Deborah (James) Cooper of Luzerne, MI, Sheila (Pat) Bowman of Howell, MI, Trudy Wiles

of Union City, TN, and Sherrie Duty of Union City, TN, a son Eddie (Becky) Rogers of Auburn, IN, several

grandchildren, great - grandchildren, and great - great grandchildren.

Besides his parents, Lloyd is preceded his wife Faye Azbell Rogers, four children; Robin Gilliland, Ricky Price, Terry Price, and Donnie Price, three brothers; Otis Rogers, Woolard Rogers, and Gilbert Rogers, four sisters; Mayrene Rogers Waters, Nadine Rogers Garner, Sue Nell Rogers, and Lavelle Rogers Page.

Funeral services for Mr. Lloyd Rogers will be held at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel on Saturday April 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM, Bro. Frankie Harris will officiate and burial will follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for Mr. Rogers will be held from 12:00 Noon on Saturday until the hour of service.
