Ms. Monica Cobaxin, age 20, of South Fulton, TN passed away Friday

May 10, 2024, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital ER in Union City, TN.

Monica was born in Laural, MS on March 29, 2004, to Mrs. Janice

"Cashon" Carr and Jeremiah Carr.

She was a member of the Anointed Church of the Living God

Church in Union City, TN. Monica graduated from South Fulton

High School in 2022 and had lived all of her life in this area.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister Jamiah Carr

of South Fulton, TN one Half - Brother Arron James of MS.

Her maternal grandparents Mrs. Diane (Steve) Reynolds of

Palmersville, TN, maternal grandfather David Cashon of Dukedom,

TN, and paternal grandmother Rachel Carr. Uncles Tim (Jessica)

Taylor of South Fulton, TN, Michael Carr Jr. and (Shutera) of Union

City, TN, Aunts Jennifer (Brandon) Spain of Dresden, TN, and

Mikeya Carr of Fulton, and by her Great Grandmother Ms. Mattie

Cook of South Fulton, TN.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Michael Carr, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM Saturday, May 18, 2024 in the Hornbeak Funeral Home funeral

chapel with burial to follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation

will be held at the funeral home from 12 Noon Saturday until the hour of service.
