AREA OBITUARIES -- HOWARD ROGERS
Mr. Howard Rogers of South Fulton, Tenn. passed away Friday, June 7, 2024, at his daughter's residence.
He was born on September 24, 1940 in Fulton, Ky. to the late Robert Rogers and Nell Castleman Rogers.
Howard was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Fulton, Ky. and retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He had worked there for 32 years as a maintenance supervisor, he was also a farmer and body shop repair was one of his many hobbies as well as fishing.
He is survived by two daughters, DeAnna (Sam) Miller of Fulton, Ky. and Karen (Mark) Jackson of Wingo, Ky., six grandchildren; Brandi (Rob) Worthen of Mayfield, Ky. , Dustin (Trina) Jackson of Wingo, Ky., Jordan (Chrissy) Miller of Lebanon, Tenn., Mary Kathryn (Mitchell) Mays of Memphis, Tenn., Behr Miller and Carson Miller both of Fulton, Ky., four great-grandchildren; Jackson Worthen of Mayfield, Ky., Gavin Jackson and Gage Jackson of Wingo, Ky., Jett Miller of Lebanon, Tenn., his significant other Dianna Nerren of Hickman, Ky. and a sister, Olivia "Libby" Wright
of Memphis, Tenn.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Annette Johnson.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Trinity Episcopal Church with inurnment to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the Trinity Episcopal Church from 12 noon Tuesday, June 11 until the hour of service.
