1. Consider Municipal Order 2023-141 Authorization for Mayor to sign the Three-Year

Sanitation Contract with GFL, Waste Corporation of Tennessee, LLC

2. Consider Municipal Order 2023-142 Authorization for Mayor to Sign and Adopt the

Fulton County Kentucky Emergency Operations Plan

3. Consider Municipal Order 2023- 143 Authorization for City Manager for declare a 2003

Chevrolet Impala Sedan 4-door as Surplus Property and to advertise and take sealed bids

4. Consider Municipal Order 2023-144 to Approve the Request for Qualifications for the

Natural Gas Pipeline Replacement Project from BFW (Bacon, Farmer, Workman

5. Consider Municipal Order 2023-145 to Rescind Municipal Order 2018-09 to disclaim the

City’s interest on 201 Martin Luther King, Jr Drive Property

Resolutions in reference to the KY WWaters Program and for the City Manager to apply

for funding in the Water Resource Information System (WRIS) as WX# 21075021 and
