Fulton Police seek Janet Nicholas for custodial interference

The Fulton Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Janet Nicholas, a 66-year-old white female, who has active felony warrants for custodial interference.
Following a custody dispute in which Nicholas was denied emergency custody of her 10 month-old great-grandson Zayden, she allegedly refused to return the child to his parents. The incident occurred after legal proceedings determined that custody would remain with the child's parents.
Law enforcement does not believe the child is in danger at this time. Investigators believe Nicholas remains in the local area.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Janet Nicholas is urged to contact their local law enforcement agency or the Fulton County Dispatch Center at 270-236-0701.
