AREA OBITUARIES – Bobby Glynn Wiley

Bobby Glynn Wiley, age 74, a resident of Union City, Tenn., passed away on Sun., July 13, 2025, at The Waters of Union City. 
He was born in Fulton, Ky., on Nov. 17, 1950, to the late Morris Wiley and Opal King Wiley. 
He is of the Baptist Faith and he lived all his life in this area. 
He married his late wife, Mrs. Debra Jean Zubrod Wiley, on June 28, 1980. They remained happily married for 39 years until the time of her passing on March 17, 2019.
He worked in Quality Control at the Tyson Foods plant in Union City, for many years. He had a great passion for water, and he enjoyed skiing in his spare time.
He leaves behind a daughter, Chandra Farley, of Martin, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Niccolas Rasberry, Payton Rasberry, both of Union City, and Kandice Hodge, of Hornbeak, Tenn.; and two sisters, Jo Nelle Clay, of Memphis, Tenn., and Jane Cleveland, of Covington, Tenn. 
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Jillian Marie Wiley; and three brothers, Gerald Wiley, Billy Wiley, and David Wiley.
 Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Sat., July 19th, 2025, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Bro. Rusty Robinson will officiate, and burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Hickman County, Ky. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sat., July 19 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
