Renowned singer, songwriter, and storyteller Daryl Mosley will perform am evening of music and storytelling on Sun., July 27 at 11 am at Cayce Baptist Church, 41 Holly St., in Fulton, Ky.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Mosley has captivated audiences from the Grand Ole Opry to the iconic Bluebird Cafe, and he performs more than 150 concerts annually.
A three-time Songwriter of the Year winner, Mosley has penned three Song of the Year award winners and ten No. 1 hits. His songs have been recorded by artists across genres, including bluegrass legend Bobby Osborne, country star Lynn Anderson, and Southern Gospel favorites The Booth Brothers. His music has also been featured on shows like American Idol and The View. One of his signature songs, “(Ask the Blind Man) He Saw It All,” was named one of the top Southern Gospel songs of all time.
Gospel music legend Bill Gaither said that “Daryl is a poet — and we don’t have many poets left.”
His heartfelt music focuses on faith, home, and community — Daryl says, “I just write and sing songs about real life and real people; songs about faith and home and community are the foundation of my music because those are the things that are most precious to me.” The concert will be an intimate opportunity to hear his songs of life and faith as well as the entertaining stories of the people and events that inspired them.
The concert is free to the public, with a love offering being taken during the event.
