LIBRARY DEDICATION

Fulton Independent School dedicated it’s High School library to Ted and Dianne Owen Fri., Aug. 8. Dianne Owen served the Fulton Independent School District in many roles, from librarian to superintendent. Her mother, Pat Steele, was the FISD librarian for 30 years. Her husband Ted, who passed away in April, was a quiet, constant partner in Dianne’s work. Their impact on so many students’ lives is now memorialized forever at Fulton Independent Middle/High School.
