City Attorney’s Report
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-21, to approve the Minutes of a regular meeting held on August 11, 2025.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-22, to authorize the City Manager to execute, with attorney approval, an agreement with D2 Energy for Gas Management Services.
- Discussion of 2025 property tax rates.
- First Reading of Ordinance 2026-9, Ordinance to set the tax rate for 2025 property taxes.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-23, to allow the Mayor to sign Resolution 2026-06 authorizing the submittal of an application for funding from the KY Local Matching Participation Program. This would match the non-federal share of $13,500 on the BRIC grant.
- Update on DRA Grant for Utility Strategic Plan, PHMSA Natural Gas Grant, 2022 BRIC grant on flooding study.
- Discussion of Bulk Trash Disposal Schedule.
