The Fulton City Commission will meet in a special called session Thurs., Oct. 2 at 5:30 p.m.. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room.

- Discussion and Decision on AIG Insurance Quote for Liability Insurance.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-24, authorize the City Manager to submit for approval by the State Fire Commission an application for state aid loan in the amount of $125,000 for possible acquisition of a fire truck.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-30, to accept the FEMA AFG Grant EMW2024FG00282, and authorize the City Manager to sign any and all documents necessary while managing this grant.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-31, to allow the Mayor to sign an agreement for the Litter Abatement Program Grant Funding.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-32, to accept addition of Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan and Policy to Personnel Policy Version 1.4 applicable to Public Works employees.
- Consider Municipal Order 2026-33, to authorize Public Works Director’s submission of KY LARP (Local Assistance Road Program) for street resurfacing funding.
- Discussion of Enterprise Fleet Management.
