Patsy Campbell, age 94, of Cayce, Ky., passed away Sat., Oct. 4, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on Sept. 15, 1931, in Fulton, Ky., to the late Forrest McMurray and Geneva Bailey McMurray.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Cayce Methodist Church.
She is survived by three children, Joe Forrest (Trina) Campbell, of Cayce, Ky., Tracy W. Campbell, of Cayce, Ky., and Carla Campbell (James) Coffey, of Hickman, Ky.; three grandchildren, Ben (Jentrie) Coffey, of Troy, Tenn., Justin D. (Stephanie) Campbell, of Petersburg, Ind., and Nathan F. (Libby) Campbell, of Cayce, Ky.; seven great-grandchildren, Briley (Austin) Jernigan, of Memphis, Tenn., Avery Coffey, Hadleigh Coffey, and Garrett Coffey, all of Troy, Tenn., Sean Campbell, of Petersburg, Ind., Kaydee Campbell, of Petersburg, Ind., and Mason Campbell, of Cayce, Ky.; and one sister, Charlene Alexander, of Kevil, Ky.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Campbell; a sister, Barbara Jean Allen; and one grandson, Joe Coffey.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tues., Oct. 7, 2025, at Cayce Methodist Church with burial to follow in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Cayce Methodist Church from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
