AREA OBITUARIES – Brady Dwane Smith

Brady Dwane Smith, age 51, of Wingo, Ky., passed away Thurs., Oct. 23, 2025 at his residence.

He was born on Feb. 5, 1974 in Fulton, Ky. to the late Jimmy Smith and Nita Cook Smith, of Wingo, Ky.

Brady was a member of His House Ministries, in Mayfield, Ky., and was a truck driver for Tyson Foods. He lived all of his life in this area.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sons, Joseph (Ashlyn) Smith, of Wingo, Ky., Justin (Victoria) Childress, of Martin, Tenn., and Jamison (Karlee) Smith, of Hasty, Ark.; a grandson, Boden Smith; and two sisters, Shannon (Brent) Roberts and Amanda (Eric) Bailey, of Dyer, Tenn.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Fri., Oct. 24, 2025 at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
