AREA OBITUARIES – Kay Crockett

Kay Crockett, age 71, of South Fulton, Tenn., passed away Tues., Nov. 11, 2025, at Van Ayer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Martin, Tenn.
She was born on July 30, 1954, in Fulton, Ky., to the late Lonzo Moore and Joyce McFadden Moore.
Kay was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Haws Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children, David (Brandi) Crockett, of Broseley, Mo., Michael (Kelsey) Crockett, of South Fulton, Tenn., and Cheryl Wright, of Union City, Tenn.; nine grandchildren:, Madyson (Montana) Baker of Campbell, Mo., Austin (Summer) Goodman, of Fulton, Ky., Bradyn Crockett, of Puxico, Mo., Lillyn Crockett, of Dudley, Mo., Haylyn Crocket,  of Dexter, Mo., Matthew Johnson, of Union City, Tenn., Michelle Johnson, of Union City, Tenn., Molly Crockett, of South Fulton, Tenn., and Kyler Crockett, of South Fulton, Tenn. two great-grandchildren, Blakeley Goodman and Emery Baker; one brother, Junior Moore of Mayfield, Ky.; and two sisters, Brenda Sue Ellegood, of Fulton, Ky., and Elizabeth (Charles) Barnes, of Fulton, Ky.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bazil Crockett.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 15, 2025, at Wingo City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of departure for the cemetery.
