The hunt is over! Keaton Ramsey and Kailey Shadowens located T.C. (Twin Cities) Elf in a culvert near the Disc Golf Course on Fri., Nov. 21. T.C. is snug as a bug in a rug back at the office after having the time of his life while on the run and hiding out.
