South Fulton Parks Board to meet Dec. 2

The City of South Fulton Parks Board will meet for regular session Tues., Dec. 2 at 5:30 p.m. in the South Fulton Municipal Complex Commission Room. The meeting is open to the public.

Items on the agenda include: I. Call to order / Roll Call; II. Approval of Minutes; III. Financials; IV. Old Business, A. BBQ on Broadway, B. Banana Festival , C. Darcy’s Dog Pound Event, and D. Halloween Event; V. New Business, a. Christmas in the Park, and b.; VI. Sign-In sheet for Question, Comments, and Suggestions Germane to the agenda; and VII. Adjournment.

To speak about items germane to the agenda please sign the sign in sheet on the back pew when entering. 

To address the Park Board on something not on the agenda, call the Public Works Administrative Assistant the Friday before the meeting to get on the agenda. 

The guidelines are as follows: three minutes to talk; Only on agenda items only for sign ins; and Call in to be put on the agenda to speak about a specific topic. 

The Public Works Administrative Assistant needs to know on Friday by 1 p.m. before the meeting so packets may be sent out to the Park Board.
