AREA OBITUARIES – Liz Tuck

Elizabeth (Liz) Ann Nooner Tuck, age 77, a resident of South Fulton, Tenn., passed away on Thurs., Dec. 4, 2025, at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. 
She was born in Sharon, Tenn., on April 20, 1948, to the late William Wayne Nooner and Marie Oliver Hartman. 
She was married to the late William Wayne “Billy” Tuck.  
She lived all of her life in this area. 
She was a member of the Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton, Ky., and had worked as a CNA for the Union City Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the American Legion in Martin, Tenn.
She is survived by her two daughters, Wilma (Tim) Cranick, of South Fulton, Tenn., and Lori (Lennis) Clayton, of South Fulton, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, Garrett (Sharyl) Edmison, of Martin, Tenn., Cori Edmison, of South Fulton, Tenn., Katrina (George) Yang, of Almo, Ky., Andrew (Brenda) VanCleave, of Union City, Tenn., Keniesha (Antoine) Wingard, of North Carolina, Aaliyah Carey, of Murray, Ky., Aaron Tuck, of Paducah, Ky., Gabby Tuck, of Pulaski, Tenn., Jackie Tuck, of Palaski, Tenn., and Augustus Tuck, of Palaski, Tenn.; 12 great-grandchildren, Shawn Parker Edmison, Dakota VanCleave, Kailey VanCleave, Kobe VanCleave, Andresdavid VanCleave, Mely Ann VanCleave, Romeo VanCleave, Neveah Wingard, Olivia Wingard, Rylee Carey, Waylon Hayes and Olivia Hayes; two-great-great grandchildren, Bentley King and Oakley King; and one sister, Mary Harelson, of South Fulton, Tenn.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, John Henry Tuck; and one sister, Matilda Hood.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tues., Dec. 9, 2025 at Hornbeak Funeral Home with burial to follow in Eastside Cemetery in Martin, Tenn. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the service hour.
Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
