  1. Consider Municipal Order 2026-43, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on September 8, 2025

  3. Consider Municipal Order 2026-50, to authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents for the submission of a Delta Catalyst Grant Application in the amount of $50,000 for Wayfinding Signage Engineering and Installation.

  4. Presentation of the 2025 Water System Comprehensive Master Plan by Darran Rankin with Bacon Farmer Workman. 

  5. Public Comment on the 2025 Water System Comprehensive Master Plan.
