Dr. Eric Lipford named as new South Fulton Middle/High School Assistant Principal

Dr. Eric Lipford has been named as the new Assistant Principal at South Fulton Middle/High School for the 2026-2027 school year.
Dr. Lipford brings a wide range of experience in education, having taught students from PreK through 12th grade, served in administration, and instructed undergraduate and graduate students in Bethel University’s Division of Education.
He is a proud alumnus of: University of Tennessee at Martin (BA – Psychology); Bethel University (MAEd – Instructional Leadership); and Trevecca Nazarene University (EdD – Educational Leadership and Professional Practice).
Dr. Lipford lives in Martin, Tenn. with his family and attends First Baptist Church in Fulton, Ky.
“Having taught in South Fulton years ago, I am beyond excited to be returning home!” Dr. Lipford said. 
“I cannot wait to meet the staff at SFMHS and support the great work that has been happening there over the past few years,” he added.
