Fulton Police Department asks for public's assistance in locating missing man

The Fulton Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating Oscar Ingram, black male age 57, who was reported missing on July 16, 2026. 
Ingram was last seen in the Fulton area on July 11, 20/26 at approximately 6 p.m. He is described as 6'10, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing a white T-shirt and blue, white and black Nike 270 tennis shoes.
Ingram also has scarring from burns.
Anyone who has seen Ingramr or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Fulton Police Department at (270)-472-3465 or 911 if there is an immediate emergency.
The Fulton Police Department appreciates the community's assistance. The public is asked to share this information to help  safely locate Ingram.
