Fulton Police Department asks residents to help combat recent thefts

The Fulton Police Department is asking residents to remain vigilant following a recent increase in thefts reported in the area.
Police are encouraging residents to take several simple precautions to help protect their homes, vehicles and property.
Residents are reminded to lock their doors, including vehicle doors, and to avoid leaving valuables in plain sight. Police also encourage community members to remain alert for unusual or suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.
“If you see something suspicious, say something,” the department advised.
Anyone who observes suspicious activity is asked to report it by calling 911.
The police department said community involvement is an important part of keeping Fulton safe.
