On March 19, Georgeeta Ileana Stoican of Phoenix, Ariz., was cited for criminal trespassing, 3rd degree, when FPD officers were dispatched to Walmart regarding panhandler in the parking lot.

On March 19, Melissa Moffitt of Fulton, Catherine Ann Wyatt of Fulton, Franciso Avila Enriquez of Mayfield, on March 18, Kristi Lynn Wade of Martin, Tenn., Joseph Michael Porter of Clinton, on March 17, Jennifer Ann Stinson of Clinton, were each cited for failure to wear seat belts.

On March 23, Robert B. Neely of Union City, Tenn., was issued a complaint warrant for Graves County Court, for charges of operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to produce insurance card and disregarding stop sign.

On March 21, Mary Wilkins Deslauriers of Water Valley was cited for disregarding a stop sign

On March 21, Jawan Andrew Gholson was charged and arrested for failure

On March 21, Patricia Ann Steen of Fulton was cited for no registration receipt

On March 21, Jeromy A. Slayden of Fulton was cited for disregarding a stop sign

On March 24, Billy Joe Farley of South Fulton was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, less than two grams of methamphetamine, following his contact made to an informant stating he was leaving for rehab and that he had some meth he wanted to get rid of before he left, agreeing to sell the informant $20 worth of meth and deliver it to the railroad bridge on State Line Road near the Fulton football field. Farley was intercepted by officers at Sunset and State Line Road before he cld make the sell and had a metal container in his pocket that contained a crystal substance that tested positive for meth.

On March 22, Julia N. Paschall of Gleason, Tenn., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 1st offense, when Fulton County Deputy Brandon Mayo stopped Paschall on the Purchase Parkway for carless driving and while speaking with her, he noticed her eyes were bloodshot and Paschall stated she has smoked three blunts and drank alcohol about an hour before being pulled over. Paschall was asked to perform SFST's and on HGN showed lack of smooth pursuit. She was also given a PBT and it showed .034.

On March 25, Paul Dwight Morgan of Hickman, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, 3rd offense, and failure to illuminate head lamps, after FPD was dispatched regarding a driver who left Pockets with headlights not on and who appeared to be under the influence. The same vehicle was observed pulling around beside the Tobacco Barn without headlights or tail lights and when a traffic stop was made, the driver, Morgan stated he forgot to turn his lights on. Morgan stated he woke up laying in the parking lot at Tyson and went and went to Pocket to get food. The officer noticed Morgan had dilated pupils and was hyper. A SFST was performed and Morgan stated he used methamphetamine on March 22.

On March 18, Timothy Lee Morris of Union City, Tenn. was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, buy possess, driving on a DUI suspended license, 1st offense, failure of owner to maintain required ins., sec. , 2nd offense, after a FPD officer was in Marathon parking lot and observed a red truck, and after running tags out of Tennessee, it came back with unconfirmed insurance. The vehicle was stopped while heading on the southbound Parkway exit 2 ramp, and the driver, Morris, was spoken to and advised of the reason for the stop. Morris admitted to having no insurance and no license. He was asked if there was any Methamphetamine in the vehicle and he stated there was none. Officer Eric Byassee and the K9 unit was contacted and upon arrival, Morris told Officer Byassee he had a meth pipe in the center console and during the search, a pipe was located and also a tube with a cut straw, as well as a small purple twist container containing a small bag of a crystal substance suspected to be meth.Cash was seized and the vehicle was removed from the roadway by a family member.
