Lady Pilots fall to Carlisle County in four sets

The Carlisle County High School Lady Comets defeated the Fulton County High School Lady Pilots in four sets Tues., Sept. 8.
Carlisle County improved to 7-11 with the victory, while Fulton County fell to 3-7.
Brooklyn Owens led the Lady Pilots offensively with 12 kills on 13 attempts, hitting .846 for the match. Tamaria Fitzpatrick added two kills, while Aubrei Wilson and Taylan Hendrix each recorded two and one kills, respectively.
Owens also led Fulton County with 19 digs. Wilson contributed 13 digs and five blocks, while Fitzpatrick and Sydnee Whitten each recorded six digs.
The Lady Pilots finished with 17 kills, five attack errors and a .750 hitting percentage. Fulton County also recorded three service aces, with Wilson leading the team with two.
Fulton County will look to bounce back in its next match against the Fulton City High School Lady Bulldogs Thurs., Sept. 10.
